AOLF Connect is a community platform for Art of Living volunteers and participants. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use AOLF Connect.
Information we collect
When you choose Google Sign-In, AOLF Connect may receive basic Google account information such as your name and email address. Authorized users may also enter participant, program, follow-up, event, or volunteer information while using community-management features.
Why we use Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is used to authenticate authorized users, verify account access, and personalize the AOLF Connect workspace. Basic Google account information is used for these sign-in and account-management purposes.
How information is used
Information is used to provide AOLF Connect functionality, coordinate community and program activities, manage authorized access, maintain service security, and support user-requested features.
Google API data
AOLF Connect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and sale of information
AOLF Connect does not sell Google user data. Information may be shared only when necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, protect users or the service, or when sharing has been authorized by the user.
Data storage and security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information handled by AOLF Connect. Access to community-management information is intended for authorized users.
